Shipping & Returns

Order & Shipping Information:  

Shipping is free on all orders within the contiguous United States. For shipments to Hawaii and Alaska, or international destinations, please contact us directly for tailored shipping costs and details. 

Our machines are customized and built to order and typically ship within two weeks of ordering. Standalone part and accessory orders ship within two business days. SANO Handtrucks will determinethe most efficient shipping method based on the size, quantity, and type of items in your order. You will be notified of tracking information once your order has shipped.  

All orders are fully insured, covering the entire value of your purchase. Upon receiving your shipment, please inspect the contents for any damage so that a claim can be initiated in a timely manner, if necessary. If you encounter any issues with your order or delivery, please reach out to us directly so we can assist you 

Order cancellations must be requested before your order reaches the shipping stage. Approved order cancellationwill be refunded to your original payment method, minus the 4% merchant processing fee. Once the order has been transferred to the carrier, it must be received before initiating a return process (restocking fees apply).

Warranties:  

All SANO handtrucks come with a 2- year manufacturer’s warranty which covers defects in materials and workmanship at the time of production. This warranty EXCLUDES any regular wear and tear items, such as wheels, brakes, casters, toe plates, and toe plate brackets. Please note that any misuse or abuse of the machines will not be covered under the warranty. 

In addition to our manufacturer’s warranty, each purchase of a SANO handtruck includes lifetime technical support. Our team of experts is available to assist you with questions about operation, troubleshooting, and any other technical concerns. 

All parts and accessories are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship. SANO Handtrucks is not liable for incidental or consequential losses, damages or expenses, directly or indirectly arising from the sale, handling, or use of the machines, or from any other cause. Our liability is expressly limited to repair or replacement of defective goods. This warranty does not apply to products that have been repaired, altered, abused, misused, or operated incorrectly. 

Return Policy: 

SANO Handtrucks accepts standard returns for machines, parts, and/or accessories that are in new, unused condition, within 30 days of receipt. Authorized returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, plus all shipping expenses back to the warehouse. Once the warehouse inspection is complete, we will refund the remaining balance, minus the restocking fee and 4% merchant processing fee, to your original form of payment.  

Please note that all handtrucks are custom-built to your specific needs, considering factors like weight capacityand dimensions of the loads you are transporting. We understand the significant investment involved and want to ensure you make the right choice for your business. Damaged Goods:  

To ensure a smooth delivery process, please inspect your order carefully upon arrival. If you notice any damage to the product or its packaging, please do not refuse the shipment. Instead, take the following steps:  

  1. Inspect for visual damage to the packaging and the product. Take clear pictures for documentation purposes 

  1. For orders shipped via LTL, it is important to note any damage on the (BOL) bill of lading or delivery receipt. Customers who sign for the delivery and do not note “damage” on the BOL or delivery receipt assume responsibility for any damage that may exist. 

  1. Notify SANO Handtrucks of any product damage at 1(470)545-1792 or email office@sanohandtrucks.com  within two business days of receipt of your delivery. Your timely notification is required as some carriers require us to submit an insurance claim within 7 days.  

 

Failure to follow return procedures and report damage in the provided timeframe may result in additional charges for repairs or replacement items. Please understand that replacements or refunds can be delayed or denied if you fail to notify SANO of damaged merchandise within two business days of receipt. 

 

SANO will do its best to replace the damaged goods for no additional charge. If a return is preferred instead of replacement, the Return Policy applies. Returned items that are found to be in good working condition or shipped as ordered may not be eligible for a full refund.
