All SANO Handtrucks and Stairclimbers are backed by a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Batteries are covered for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. This warranty explicitly excludes consumable parts subject to normal wear and tear, including wheels, brakes, casters, toe plates, and toe plate brackets. Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or improper operation is not covered.
